Travelling out of Ipswich along Woodbridge Road, you will eventually reach a large oblong roundabout close to Ipswich hospital. Get into the left hand lane. Drive past the first exit, past the petrol station and then turn left into a side road in front of a parade of shops which runs parallel to the road.

Dickson House is located behind the HSBC Bank in the parade of shops at the . Access is via the service road fronting those shops, at one end of which is a Shell service station and at the other a Co-op store.

Dickson House has limited parking including disabled, and if all the spaces are occupied it is recommended that cars are parked in Digby which is off Lindsey Road which in turn is off Colchester Road. From Digby Road there is a footpath that leads through to Woodbridge Road, close to the Co-op.
